After reluctantly leaving my nice, warm, cozy bed I went to the gym.
Mile run - 11:11 - a little slow but I hadn't run in a week or so
workout 3x
Lat pull downs - wide grip - 12 reps - heavy
Knees to elbows - 20 reps
Push up/Knee to chest - 20 reps - on Perfect Pushup (evil things) handles complete 1 push up, then bring one knee to chest, repeat
